MzansiBet Registration & FICA South Africa
MzansiBet's terms state that it must establish and verify customer identity under FICA before it may lawfully create a betting account.
Opening and verifying an account
MzansiBet allows one account per customer and restricts betting to adults aged 18 or older. Use genuine personal and payment information because checks form part of registration and ongoing monitoring.
The operator can suspend an account until required verification is completed and can request additional identity and address documents, particularly around withdrawals or unusual transactions.
Uploading documents
MzansiBet's FAQ says documents can be uploaded through the Documents section of the personal profile and their status tracked there.
Withdrawals and KYC
The terms state that KYC checks are conducted on withdrawal requests. Payouts are made in the registered account holder's name, and identification or payment-method evidence can be requested.
South African licence
The terms identify SMS2Bet Betting Services (Pty) Ltd, registration 2009/007749/07, and WCGRB bookmaker licence 10144175-016. SMS2Bet also appears on the WCGRB licence-holder list.
Responsible gambling
MzansiBet provides cooling-off and self-exclusion controls. Use these tools if betting becomes difficult to control.
